Our approach

Our team of consultants is experienced in working with students and high school graduates with special needs and can offer tailored support and guidance for each client’s unique situation. We believe that all individuals have the potential to succeed in the workforce, and we are dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.

For students transitioning out of high school, we offer comprehensive support in developing essential skills for the job market. This includes resume writing, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and job search strategies . We work closely with each client to understand their strengths and interests and identify potential job opportunities that align with their skills. Once clients are employed, we offer the opportunity for job coaching to ensure that individuals are provided with the support they need in order to be successful at work, and to assist with becoming acclimated with responsibilities at their workplace.

For individuals who have completed high school, we provide ongoing support in maintaining employment and advancing their careers. This includes coaching on workplace communication, problem-solving skills, and career development strategies.

We understand that each individual has unique needs and goals, and we customize our services to meet those needs. Our consultants work collaboratively with families, school personnel, and employers to create a comprehensive plan that supports our client’s success.

We travel to you for all local appointments. Zoom and online sessions are available as well for remote clients or those who would prefer that option. We’re here to cover your needs in the way that best suits you and your family.
