Meet Andrea, the founder of our consulting firm that specializes in supporting students with special needs in their transition out of high school and beyond. Andrea is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with a passion for helping students with special needs achieve their full potential.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, Andrea has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges that students with special needs face as they navigate the transition from high school to the workforce. She has always been drawn to working with these students and has made it her life's work to support them in reaching their goals.
Andrea holds a Master's degree in school counseling, which has provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the academic and emotional needs of students. She has also completed extensive training in working with students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism.
Andrea's expertise in the field of special education is further demonstrated through her work as a transition specialist for the Las Virgenes Unified School District for 8 years. In this role, she provided comprehensive support to students in their transition to adulthood, including job readiness training, vocational counseling, and community resources.
With her extensive knowledge and experience, Andrea has helped numerous individuals with special needs successfully transition into the workforce. She is committed to providing personalized support to each individual she works with, taking the time to understand their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
